In a back-handed sort of way, I can credit US TAMC Army Doctor Capt. Tim Berigan, DDS, with secretly conducting the 1993 (When I was supposedly a "Civilian") confirmatory intestional biopsy at Tripler Army Medical Center , and for recently letting me know I should now recognize it. And simply stop the autoimmune inflammatory-causing diet, and it's subsequent effects upon the organs, brain, personality, memory functions, demeanor and subsequent perception of one by society.
I also credit him with being the intelligence technical psychiatrist while I've been run as a Double-Blind Study of the Effect since 1977. ("Always with a little humor, Comrade, always with a little humor...") He also reminded me of my Warrant Officer rank, and ordered me to remain married to the woman I'd been forced to marry, until our 25th anniversary (4/25/8, the most likely recent date for a lot of documents to be ruled on). This mirrored earlier mnemonic orders I'd been given to that effect, to "Obey an interim supervisor known by the Legend of St. Philomena," and I've obeyed them. (And am, at long last, free of such compulsion.)
The grand irony is how much the local Social(ist) Services have long used her to try to influence and manipulate me, as if that would "Help get me the help I need." Instead, it DRIVES ME NUTS! (Or, perhaps THAT is their aim?)
The locals have been told I'm as if something else altogether, and of course believe the FBI before they'd believe a "Dummy" like me.
People here in Saratoga knew Berigan in his local undercover role as "Clay Carrier, Matre'd Hotel of Baron's Restaurant," at my "Supervisor," and at-work personal psychiatric investigator (In other words, convincing everyone that I was a nut case and pervert, my "Cover.") He tried like the Dickens to get me "Involved" with a very attractive but underage local waitress, a female manager, and a young busboy, no less; Who'd supposedly been sexually abused by his father, so was constantly "Acting traumatized, crying," and things. (I guess I was, from my fabricated "Psychological profile," supposed to "Associate" to that.)
What he would do with his young recruited "Waitress" was to often sweep her up in his arms and, in that classic dance move, bend her backwards. She'd been trained, I guess, to thusly lift a leg pointed towards me in what prostitutes use for sales as a full "Crotch shot." Of course, this was not before customers, but when I would not "Respond" as desired, Berigan had one of the cooks, "Her boyfriend," do it as well.
Along this line of "Psychological Investigation," he arranged one morning to have me come in early to open up, find no one there, and, uh... "Just have to come into his apartment..." You get the idea.
From Berigan's point of view, it was just a use of "Local Resources" in an "In Situ Sexual Orientation Investigation."
(If they can't adjudge you "Crazy," they just drive you crazy. So they still can keep you as a "Consumer," so they can force-feed you their "Delivery Services:" The APA way.)

What I now find interesting is how they opened up a new "Beer Brewery" there at The Saratoga Inn as I started to work there as a waiter , and wanted us employees to have a sample (Or three) after work, for "Sales purposes." Naturally, that was a daily dose of gluten for me (Celiac's Disease), making me very susceptible to suggestion... That is, his "Testing" and interrogation.
Finally, at the end, when I didn't respond like a Pervert, he made me a "Special drink" with some kind of medication in it, because I got very emotional and broke down, doing what he asked me to. As in calling the young sexually abused boy's mother, offering any kind of help that I could.
For which, he purportedly got angry (Or maybe I didn't "Perform" the way he'd expected?) and I was fired. The story of my (Un)employed life, at the hands of government agents...
...That's the life of being a spy...Consider ANY other career, I suggest to you - IF YOU CAN.
Of course, I've never had any friends in my life, for their either get killed, and then blamed on me, or end up being persons having been recruited to befriend me for (the Sealed inheritance) espionage reasons.
The other main reason is that, because of this described "Special Treatment" I'm forced to endure, most normal people don't want to have anything to do with me.

To briefly describe this travesty, how'd you like to go to Pamida Pharmacy, where "A new clerk" is very ebullient, maternalistically (So "Caring, and concerned...") demands, "HOW ARE YOU!!!??? And then out of the blue clear sky wants to psychoanalyze your emotions about your estranged sons?
The other day I went to Rawlins True Value - "New Clerks" were there (In the area, local clerk jobs are retired boots first only) and wouldn't you know it? An "Overly Gay young man," making a point of paying "Special attention" to me. A "Slight caress of the hand " in exchange of merchandise, sending the other "Clerk" away, so that he "Could take care of me," unwarranted personal physical closeness, asking me about my "Big Gun," etc. Another "Sex Test" by Family Social(ist) Services and Capt. Berigan, I can only presume.
Mind you, I don't have a limp wrist or anything of the sort. I do lisp my words, but that's because of a tongue surgery 20 years ago. (Google my site for "Plastique micropellet silicone implants" below, another Army "Study.")
This how bizarre they have made my personal life.
The obese, rotound, short-haired, bespeckled female types that seem to occupy this profession, take such pride, even, from their Feministic point of view in that "They've got the assistance of 'Family Members'..." I've never, and never obviously will, trust the woman I was forced to marry, but they are overcome by their own wishful thinking, as most Liberals are.
I quote from their own dogma the way they delude themselves. Plus, pursuant to Karl Marx's Communist Manifesto, this overwhelming concentration of Social(ist) Workers is no accident. There it's said something along the line of, "It will be the masses who convert and convince the individual Capitalist to give up his riches to the masses , and create Worldwide Communism..." This is WHY this whole deal is so heavily funded by our current Congress.
Besides: Do you think they'd come up with such overwhelming resources for just anybody? The average everyday homeless "Paranoid Schizophrenic Veteran," lying in the gutter in a cardboard box? (Yes, their efforts have resulted my own homelessness...) Do you think they CARE that they trash my everyday existance and their work makes me very much more than extremely unhappy? No... I am a political and funding source target for them, and I'm sure whichever Judge approves this hears nothing but self-glowing praises from them regarding their "Treatment" of me.
Catch-22, because they've "Diagnosed" me, they've deemed me not fit to be summoned to any Hearing, or the like, for... Who knows, I could "Be Dangerous!"

Captain Berigan has always been in my background, doing these secret sort of "Sexual Tests," like as "Mr. Oberst of Oberst Trucking" in Lingle, Wy., to the "Security Officer" at NATO when I was ordered to deliver over some SECRET material to a "Herr (K)rappf" (It was really Herr Krappe (Markus Wolf) from IRCD right after Rupp had been promoted to Economist there), and at DLI, quizzing me about the dead DLI Director...
While awaiting the delay of actually getting work hours (He claimed it was for insurance purposes, but probably was a Judicial waiver thing) I ended up living at the Torrington Campground. The Mentals have always arranged that I live in squalid conditions, I guess for "Psychological (Lies and trickery, sold under a Liberal "Maternalistic" banner) Reasons."
There, the "Sexual Treatment and Testing" involved having the community constantly circle my camper, to give me "Healing Social Pressures" of "What they thought of me and wanted me to know it."
They all of a sudden stopped, and in its place were a couple of young girls, "Playing" at the steps of my camper. Get it?
When that trap didn't work, all of a sudden I got a "Job Offer."
And as an Officer, outranking me, I've always had to obey Berigan's military orders. While at TAMC in '93 (When I supposedly was just a civilian), he reminded me of my Warrant Officer Status, and that he outranked me, in fact.
Berigan further ordered me to continue my Celiac Symptomatic condition, primarily by reinforcing earlier programming I'd received that ordered me to "Stay married to 'St. Philomena' (The Legend by which I would recognize this Agent Handler In The Field) until at least our 25th Anniversary. (Thank God, that's 4/25/08, and THAT should be my "Golden," not "Silver" Anniversary of FREEDOM!)
And to this day, She continues in every way possible to influence my diet such as to become Celiac Symptomatic again, her own "Carrot and Stick" of getting me extremely mallable and manipulable, again. So as to continue to influence me into the hands of the Social(ist) Workers, a road to being committed. For in that She scores Big Time on an insurance policy that pays off on that, and/or the inheritance deal, along with my "Mother," and, finally, to avoid the false "Rape, Kidnapping and Sodomy" charges she filed against me in 1981.
They were dismissed "Without prejudice," sent to the Phoenix Courts, and should now be unsealed. She has, in other words, worked hard for 25 years to get ME PUT AWAY - So that SHE WON'T BE, when that case is reviewed.
Cops ever do anything about Her malicious behavior? Hell, no... But were it the Man doing such... Just more of that "(Wo)Man's Inhumanity To Man..." they call our "Justice System."
This is how insane this all is - I've never seen any flesh nor blood nor body, myself, but so many have been certainly portrayed to me. For all I really know, Condit could be like Kaczynski, simply taking credit for a lot of otherwise seemingly related terroristic crimes, but actually done by many individual Sleepers. Who knows, since no one tells me anything - Unless they're busy trying to manipulate me for their own purposes, which everyone obviously is.
Yet, how easy it is to regain a neutral emotional keel by completely ignoring the very consistant immensely overwhelmingly whole lot of the Social(ist) Workers "Mentals," as I call them, as they relentlessly pursue me EVERYWHERE, so maddenly! (Congressional Funding, funding, funding!!!) Now I am resolved to simply refuse eye contact nor conversation of any kind with ANYONE of this Valley, and probably anyone ever else, anywhere ever again, (I couldn't even trust a CEASE AND DESIST ORDER served on them, for they have it in with the Judiciary, obviously) and pray for the day of financial and personal freedom of movement. Maybe move to a foreign country, or the like.
Of course, one comes to realize why such is the norm in totalitarian countries of the Communist sort the way the citizens there avoid the KGB or want to get out. No wonder my Grandfather and Jewish Grandmother left Germany in the '30's. (Same thing.)

And yet, by controlling how I can't earn my own livelihood, means I am still wholely financially dependent upon her and the influences the Social(ist) Workers Agents directions they place into her head to press me with. (They call this "Pavlov's Heirarchy of Needs" kind of control. Like they strip one down in a Vietnam POW camp, or something.)
Meaning her daily "Suggestions" to "Meet the Nice Social(ist) Workers by "Going Shopping," or sent on her deliveries, etc. etc. And STILL YET CONTINUING TO consume her "Darling, don't you want..." suggested gluten-rich diet, like beer and wheat products.
(Oh, yeah, I told and wrote the cops about this a billion times over: They don't enforce laws nor enforce citizen's Constitutional Rights, they just obey Judges and politically-correct (Even corrupt) Politicians. And Judges are like doctors or real estate sales men for the Powerful - You just shop for the one that suits you.)
I'm (told I'd be) getting paid to be kind of a "Social Studies" experiment for Congress, since Liberals love to use US Army Personnel that way instead as soldiers. I'm hoping the 2/16 expiration of the Super Secret NSA "Terrorist Surveillance" powers will finally let me out of this locked box. I think it's obvious that such powers go way beyond "Electronic Surveillance on 'Terrorists.'"
And I do believe President Bush when he warns that "A lot of people (In government) will get hurt" if they don't extend that legislation...

Gary Condit, whose methods, I can personal attest to (And long written about), mirror closely those of the Mauthausen Concentration Camp SS Dr. Heim.
In a back-handed sort of way, I can credit US TAMC Army Doctor Capt. Tim Berigan, DDS, with secretly conducting the 1993 (When I was supposedly a "Civilian") confirmatory intestional biopsy at Tripler Army Medical Center , and for recently letting me know I should now recognize it. And simply stop the autoimmune inflammatory-causing diet, and it's subsequent effects upon the organs, brain, personality, memory functions, demeanor and subsequent perception of one by society.
I also credit him with being the intelligence technical psychiatrist while I've been run as a Double-Blind Study of the Effect since 1977. ("Always with a little humor, Comrade, always with a little humor...") He also reminded me of my Warrant Officer rank, and ordered me to remain married to the woman I'd been forced to marry, until our 25th anniversary (4/25/8, the most likely recent date for a lot of documents to be ruled on). This mirrored earlier mnemonic orders I'd been given to that effect, to "Obey an interim supervisor known by the Legend of St. Philomena," and I've obeyed them. (And am, at long last, free of such compulsion.)
The grand irony is how much the local Social(ist) Services have long used her to try to influence and manipulate me, as if that would "Help get me the help I need." Instead, it DRIVES ME NUTS! (Or, perhaps THAT is their aim?)
The locals have been told I'm as if something else altogether, and of course believe the FBI before they'd believe a "Dummy" like me.
People here in Saratoga knew Berigan in his local undercover role as "Clay Carrier, Matre'd Hotel of Baron's Restaurant," at my "Supervisor," and at-work personal psychiatric investigator (In other words, convincing everyone that I was a nut case and pervert, my "Cover.") He tried like the Dickens to get me "Involved" with a very attractive but underage local waitress, a female manager, and a young busboy, no less; Who'd supposedly been sexually abused by his father, so was constantly "Acting traumatized, crying," and things. (I guess I was, from my fabricated "Psychological profile," supposed to "Associate" to that.)
What he would do with his young recruited "Waitress" was to often sweep her up in his arms and, in that classic dance move, bend her backwards. She'd been trained, I guess, to thusly lift a leg pointed towards me in what prostitutes use for sales as a full "Crotch shot." Of course, this was not before customers, but when I would not "Respond" as desired, Berigan had one of the cooks, "Her boyfriend," do it as well.
Along this line of "Psychological Investigation," he arranged one morning to have me come in early to open up, find no one there, and, uh... "Just have to come into his apartment..." You get the idea.
From Berigan's point of view, it was just a use of "Local Resources" in an "In Situ Sexual Orientation Investigation."
(If they can't adjudge you "Crazy," they just drive you crazy. So they still can keep you as a "Consumer," so they can force-feed you their "Delivery Services:" The APA way.)
In other words, deliberately caused Class Warfare, in order to Divide and Conquer, taking advantage of the inherent manipulative nature and abilities of women, i.e. "Psychology." "Women's Perogative."
Finally, at the end, when I didn't respond like a Pervert, he made me a "Special drink" with some kind of medication in it, because I got very emotional and broke down, doing what he asked me to. As in calling the young sexually abused boy's mother, offering any kind of help that I could.
For which, he purportedly got angry (Or maybe I didn't "Perform" the way he'd expected?) and I was fired. The story of my (Un)employed life, at the hands of government agents...
...That's the life of being a spy...Consider ANY other career, I suggest to you - IF YOU CAN.
Of course, I've never had any friends in my life, for their either get killed, and then blamed on me, or end up being persons having been recruited to befriend me for (the Sealed inheritance) espionage reasons.
The other main reason is that, because of this described "Special Treatment" I'm forced to endure, most normal people don't want to have anything to do with me.
I have found for eons, now, that I can go to NO public place whatsoever (List and horrid details of local Carbon County participating Liberal merchants and government agencies that actually wantonly violate a person's privacy! Sort of the "[Saratoga] Standford Prison Project." without them deliberately crowding out whatever normal or random contacts, with their "Psychological (Lies and trickery, sold under a "Maternalistic banner) Methods."
To briefly describe this travesty, how'd you like to go to Pamida Pharmacy, where "A new clerk" is very ebullient, maternalistically (So "Caring, and concerned...") demands, "HOW ARE YOU!!!??? And then out of the blue clear sky wants to psychoanalyze your emotions about your estranged sons?
The other day I went to Rawlins True Value - "New Clerks" were there (In the area, local clerk jobs are retired boots first only) and wouldn't you know it? An "Overly Gay young man," making a point of paying "Special attention" to me. A "Slight caress of the hand " in exchange of merchandise, sending the other "Clerk" away, so that he "Could take care of me," unwarranted personal physical closeness, asking me about my "Big Gun," etc. Another "Sex Test" by Family Social(ist) Services and Capt. Berigan, I can only presume.
Mind you, I don't have a limp wrist or anything of the sort. I do lisp my words, but that's because of a tongue surgery 20 years ago. (Google my site for "Plastique micropellet silicone implants" below, another Army "Study.")
This how bizarre they have made my personal life.
The obese, rotound, short-haired, bespeckled female types that seem to occupy this profession, take such pride, even, from their Feministic point of view in that "They've got the assistance of 'Family Members'..." I've never, and never obviously will, trust the woman I was forced to marry, but they are overcome by their own wishful thinking, as most Liberals are.
I quote from their own dogma the way they delude themselves. Mind you, this is NOT the "Pot calling the kettle black," nor "Projection," in their terms: It is, simply that their "Religion of Psycholog" is a "Fixed and Delusional Belief System (a Dogma), often intertwined with untracable tidbits from the Internet and other sources ("Studies" - Like the ones on "Global Warming") that complete their fantasy state (Of the "Goodness of their Maternalistic intrusiveness.")
Plus, pursuant to Karl Marx's Communist Manifesto, this overwhelming concentration of Social(ist) Workers is no accident. There it's said something along the line of, "It will be the masses who convert and convince the individual Capitalist to give up his riches to the masses , and create Worldwide Communism..." This is WHY this whole deal is so heavily funded by our current Congress.
Besides: Do you think they'd come up with such overwhelming resources for just anybody? The average everyday homeless "Paranoid Schizophrenic Veteran," lying in the gutter in a cardboard box? (Yes, their efforts have resulted my own homelessness...) Do you think they CARE that they trash my everyday existance and their work makes me very much more than extremely unhappy? No... I am a political and funding source target for them, and I'm sure whichever Judge approves this hears nothing but self-glowing praises from them regarding their "Treatment" of me.
Catch-22, because they've "Diagnosed" me, they've deemed me not fit to be summoned to any Hearing, or the like, for... Who knows, I could "Be Dangerous!"

Captain Berigan has always been in my background, doing these secret sort of "Sexual Tests," like as "Mr. Oberst of Oberst Trucking" in Lingle, Wy., to the "Security Officer" at NATO when I was ordered to deliver over some SECRET material to a "Herr (K)rappf" (It was really Herr Krappe (Markus Wolf) from IRCD right after Rupp had been promoted to Economist there), and at DLI, quizzing me about the dead DLI Director...
While awaiting the delay of actually getting work hours (He claimed it was for insurance purposes, but probably was a Judicial waiver thing) I ended up living at the Torrington Campground. The Mentals have always arranged that I live in squalid conditions, I guess for "Psychological (Lies and trickery, sold under a Liberal "Maternalistic" banner) Reasons."
There, the "Sexual Treatment and Testing" involved having the community constantly circle my camper, to give me "Healing Social Pressures" of "What they thought of me and wanted me to know it."
They all of a sudden stopped, and in its place were a couple of young girls, "Playing" at the steps of my camper. Get it?
When that trap didn't work, all of a sudden I got a "Job Offer."
And as an Officer, outranking me, I've always had to obey Berigan's military orders. While at TAMC in '93 (When I supposedly was just a civilian), he reminded me of my Warrant Officer Status, and that he outranked me, in fact.
Berigan further ordered me to continue my Celiac Symptomatic condition, primarily by reinforcing earlier programming I'd received that ordered me to "Stay married to 'St. Philomena' (The Legend by which I would recognize this Agent Handler In The Field) until at least our 25th Anniversary. (Thank God, that's 4/25/08, and THAT should be my "Golden," not "Silver" Anniversary of FREEDOM!)
And to this day, She continues in every way possible to influence my diet such as to become Celiac Symptomatic again, her own "Carrot and Stick" of getting me extremely mallable and manipulable, again. So as to continue to influence me into the hands of the Social(ist) Workers, a road to being committed. For in that She scores Big Time on an insurance policy that pays off on that, and/or the inheritance deal, along with my "Mother," and, finally, to avoid the false "Rape, Kidnapping and Sodomy" charges she filed against me in 1981.
They were dismissed "Without prejudice," sent to the Phoenix Courts, and should now be unsealed. She has, in other words, worked hard for 25 years to get ME PUT AWAY - So that SHE WON'T BE, when that case is reviewed.
Cops ever do anything about Her malicious behavior? Hell, no... But were it the Man doing such... Just more of that "(Wo)Man's Inhumanity To Man..." they call our "Justice System."
Of course, one comes to realize why such is the norm in totalitarian countries of the Communist sort the way the citizens there avoid the KGB or want to get out. No wonder my Grandfather and Jewish Grandmother left Germany in the '30's. (Same thing.)
To Wit, while in uniformed US Army Military Intelligence, being utilized in espionage, in 1977, I witnessed the Condits dispose of what they bragged was a dismembered body of a British Royal Army Sgt. and I was later sworn to secrecy about it. And Judges are like doctors or real estate sales men for the Powerful - You just shop for the one that suits you.)
And I do believe President Bush when he warns that "A lot of people (In government) will get hurt" if they don't extend that legislation...
Then came along 9/11 so conveniently (No accident, obviously - Who else had that high level access to an Army Anthrax Lab? And want so badly to trash the American Media building - Where their tabloids had printed all of Dick Cheney's CIA and Office Of Economic Security secrets in a front-page biography of his life. And since that time my life has been even more direly encapsulized by such special measures as the Patriot Act.
And a former Navy Captain, Maui Police Dept. Lt. Barry Born (Yes, he DID die of AIDS, I am told.) But then, like so many operatives used in my life are run, he was given a "Deal" to work for the Fed's in the operation concerning me in exchange for not being prosecuted for forcing a sailor into... Well, you guessed it: SUCH is the overall "Theme" of my life, after all. Such a theme is so overwhelming attractive, vicarious, and yet repulsive to most that Berigan et al have never had a shortage of "Volunteer Sex Police" from locals to Spy, "Monitor," report on, "Be Friendly," use "Psychological (Lies and trickery, sold under a "Maternalistic" banner) and Social Methods" on, etc. etc.
MPD Sgt. Max Coleman was purported the Internal Affairs Officer, there, a great cover for their Intel Division, and one of my controllers, as well. He claimed to be a "Relative" of mine, as other past agents in Germany had been, but he was instrumental in delivering special influences, phrases, and the like to myself, in this "Study." The things he and the aforementioned set up ending up being why, and by what methods and means, I was sucked into the "Honey Trap" of having to marry this woman, my "Wife."
And Senior FBI Agent Robert Jonstono, who then followed us here to Wyoming. I'll never forget the day I met him at the newly formed Maui FBI Office, and he stated to me, "I don't want to say this in front of your kids, but you really should get some help." Eventually their "Help" drove my sons permanently away from me in the permanent disgust they installed in them of me. (Unless they're using them as "Psychological ploys - So as to "Bring them back!" As another interrogation mode. They have no sense of Ethics.)
