This is called "Modus Operandi." The Condits usually act as a team, but sometimes alone. (See The Condits Transcript - Witnessing a serial murder... link on the left.) - The victim is usually lured by persons (s)he's come to trust into a home-type setting. The victim is usually given a tranquilizing-type (Fugu, Nightshade, datura, horse-tranqualizer type) drug in a specific dose according to weight and age, as I, myself, almost endured at their Ipswich flat. It keeps the body paralyzed, but the mind awake to endure the upcoming torture of horror and death by dismemberment.
      - The victim is tied up with Duct Tape and their own undergarments, usually, but sometimes ropes tied with specific knots to confuse and irritate the Police. - The drugged and tied victim is placed in a bathtub, for the ease of clean-up, the drainage of blood, and the flushing away in the toilet of as much soft tissue as possible. Clorox is used for sanitation and neutralization of DNA and fingerprints, but they wear gloves anyway.
      - Condit applies a tourniquet and cuts off sexual appendages to place them in the victim's mouth, so as to truly enjoy the horror in the victim's eyes. Then he masturbates on them.
      - Then Mrs. Condit does the same with her scalpels (She's a veterinarian), removing one part at the joint at a time, enjoying the frustration the Police will have in finding no nicks on the bones, again to attribute to some unknown, or framed-up, 'Serial Killer Copycat' or the like. - When the victim finally dies of shock or blood loss, the "Fun" is over: Why the various corpses are found PARTIALLY dismembered, but never completely.
      - The corpse is usually dismembered to the point of ease of disposal in 3 black heavy-duty trash bags, and transported in a car's trunk to some remote site. Usually, a remote one that will still guarantee it eventually being found, I guess to their delight, but Condit keeps the head for further sexual satisfaction, and she will keep a dismembered part for a trophy. When the head deteriates to the point that he becomes disgusted, he smashes it horribly, and probably pokes out the eyes, I was told by the CIA Intel Shrink. Then he disposes of it the same way in the same area, when possible. Chandra's head was thusly found, not exactly at the same site, but near, and quite smashed, for example.
      - I guess like most serial killers (Jeffrey Dahmer, for example), they keep body parts like the liver and heart for personal consumption, or to delight in offering others "Supper," and a body part (Or a baby - Conner? Freezer Paper?) "That separates well" as a trophy. This explains the empty chest cavities and other missing soft tissue when the victims partial remains are found.
      - Condit, as an otherwise very secretive, high-ranking, 'House Intelligence Committee Member,' has not only the ability to research with government resources his 'Clients,' who need this 'Sexual Political Embarrassment Disposal Service,' but the victim's very lifestyle, as well. But he also has the perfect cover (Not to mention the subsequent Political and Police protections) of being a 'Serial Killer Investigator Expert."
      - Since Condit's 'In the area,' anyway, he has access to the scene of the crime, leaving fingerprints and DNA everywhere, contaminating the scene just in case he hadn't cleaned up properly enough.
      - Congress lets this happen, not only because of the subsequent blackmail and foreign influence over their own legislation, because such a scandal would mean MUCH than just their personal resignations.
      - The CIA has let it happen for 30 years as a major counter-espionage operation, but I doubt they can muster the political wherewithall enough to have this come to light. 'Political Resistance,' I call it. And that is where I, and my sworn duty, come in.
      - It is my sworn military duty - My entire life's career - To make it know. Carrot and Stick-wise, I don't get brought in out of the cold, nor paid, and continue to be 'Investigated' for these very same crimes as if seriously 'Mentally Ill' for several of these very same crims - until that happens. - Read elsewhere in my site where the "Powers Who Be" basically arranged for me to go hunting on the Colorado state line on that fateful Christmas, but I never crossed it. (See?      Hordes of green-plated Colorado cars circled my house in Encampment, Wyoming, as if bands of Indians, after the case broke, and finally out of a sense of horror did I realize the intended connection to me.

- Gary Condit has, since 1977, had good reason to try and frame me up for his deeds for his own protections, me as an original direct witness of what he THOUGHT he'd done for my boss, the Director. Much of what Condit does ALWAYS involves researching (Through government assets) a good Patsy to take the rap before they do what they do to begin with.

- Many suspected at the time, the Ramsey's themselves, perhaps due to some kind of on-going sexual abuse, perhaps perpetuated by both parties? The older daughter also died an early death? In that context, it must be noted that Jonbenet was getting of the age where perhaps she might talk?
     The older daughter is said to have died early, as well?

- Was the sexual abuse of Jonbenet framed up with the above in mind? Yet the strangulation aspect has a hallmark of some BTK killings, and I connect Condit to Dennis Rader, and them, as well. See the BTK Link.

- The guest list for that X-mas party (Please note HOW MANY cases I describe where the perpetuator has chosen the 25th of some month) has never been released. The way the tenant's list of Chandra's neighbors has never been released, and that takes some kind of political clout.

- Yet, I have found (And must find again) photographs of Gary Condit together with John Ramsey, and both are said to be "Friends." There's a very good connection, simply by physical proximity - That you'll never hear from Congressional Investigators!

How can I be sure that Dennis Rader is connected to Gary Condit? Well, "Gary Condit, the Australian Investigator" (He can feign a British-like accent well) asked me in 1969 if the symbol he showed me was either "BTK," or was it, sideways, "Nihon" (Japan) misspelled? He'd copied it off the body of the dead Japanese Camp Zama Officer's Club bartender, he'd said.
     That was after that gruesome murder, which had been made to be connected to me. There was nothing but a full-size investigation by both US Army CID and the Japanese there, thereafter. All the new employes from dishwasher to busboys were all Mardisan or CID cops. They finally arranged for me to be fired, based on someone else's taking money from the tip jar.
     It wasn't until 1974, when I was ushered into the Army myself, was I used as bait to lure the Condits out.
     My step-dad was suddenly reassigned to Okinawa, where the two horrible murders of two prostitutes in Kadena happened, just blocks from our house. I was made to be suspect.

- These murders have the same commonality as they all do: Dennis Rader certainly seems connected - Or is he just a hypnotizable Zombie type, made to believe so? Or, as some say, were there two perpetrators involved, or a combination of these?

How can I be suspect the Condits are involved with these murders?
     - Well, in 1977, they invited me from the Duesseldorf base I was staying at to their then new flat on the corner of Linnet and Old London Road, a two-story red brick townhouse. There I witnessed them dispose of a body. (See The Condit Transcript.)
     - Condit was worried that my "Contract" had been canceled, in that I would always then be a witness, no matter how subject I was to hypnosis, and under the control of the Agency, etc.
     - So, he arranged, one time, for me to accompany him to the corner of Old London Road and another street address which was oddly marked by a sign on an old wall. It was to get his car from the shop, he said.
     - But while there, he did his best to impress into my mind that SUCH was actually his address, and he spoke of someone that lived in that corner property, as being someone "He could use later."
     - One of the hallmarks of Condit's MO is that he has access to government resources in picking out his future Patsies, to guarantee the safety of his own hide.
     - I realized this only after seeing a media article - I'll try to retrieve it - Showing a Bobby standing in front of the crime scene of the arrest of that fellow - And that distinctive street sign on the wall. I'm not joking, and I'm not making this up.
     - The only other commonality of all these crimes - Are in how the authorities AREN'T DOING ANYTHING TO EXPOSE THEIR OWN CORRUPT HIGH-RANKING POLITICIANS, ARE THEY?
